Starting up in February 2020 as Warrington Youth Cabinet we grew substantially within our first 4 months of existence, going from 5 members to 77 in 4 months.

Over time as Warrington Youth Cabinet we created many sub-sections and departments.

 

As Warrington Youth Cabinet became less of a cabinet and more of an umbrella organization, the leadership team started to realize that the word 'cabinet' within the name meant confusion was common when people thought about what we do and our purpose.

So in November 2020 we decided to change names from Warrington Youth Cabinet to Warrington Youth Voice. This was done with the aim to reinstate our purpose and aims within our organizations name.
